The aim of the IP-Light is to analyze various, highly significant areas of Justice- and Home Affairs Cooperation in the European Union, paying attention also to the question of EU citizenship and how it relates to the free movement of persons in the Union. The IP-Light examines furthermore the strategic aims of the Stockholm Programme. Participants are students from the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, England, Croatia and Hungary.
